At GOD FIRST, every order is handled with care. Here’s what to expect.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. During monthly drops and promotions, processing may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience.

Shipping Times & Rates

  • Domestic ([COUNTRY]): 3–7 business days — [$5.00] flat, or FREE over [$75]
  • International: 7–21 business days — calculated at checkout
    Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships, not when it’s placed.

Customs & Duties (International)
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ business days, email us at [support@godfirst.online] and we’ll help track it down.

Returns
We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not satisfied:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Sale and final-drop items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

To start a return, email [support@godfirst.online] with your order number. Once approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
